Each Friday presents a different opportunity, from learning the basics, to open discussions and even a more advanced practice and consultation. We have something for every level – from IFS Enthusiast to IFSI trained.

Each group has their own date and theme – the attempt is to keep them consistent, but other obligations take precedence at times. Please contact Sylvia for more information.

Online IFS Groups

MONDAYS: Free and open to all

11am – Money Mindset Meditation explores the human relationship with money, scarcity, security, risk, safety, deservingness, owning, worthiness, and generosity.

12:30pm – ADHD, Autism, Neurodiversity group offers an open agenda to discuss how neurodiversity may present in our clients or in our own work.

WEDNESDAYS: $40 Practice Group

Toni hosts a 2 hour practice session with a small group of IFS-informed practitioners and therapists.
